- Apprentice HVAC technician(s): Must be mechanically and electrically inclined. Preference is given to 2-year associates/vocational school students or graduates, and former military.
- Senior HVAC technician: Must have positive references. Must hold Universal EPA-608; NATE certified applicants preferred. This position requires experience with all major brands of furnaces and heat pumps; however, only those individuals who have received factory training and worked for authorized HVAC dealerships that service major reputable brands are considered (e.g., Lennox, Trane/American Standard, Carrier, or Rheem, etc.). Must be able to pass an ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), Section IX Part QB brazing qualification test. The ability to pass an AWS D1.1/D1.1M or ASME Section IX welder qualification test is a definite plus.
- Sales Associate: HVAC familiarity preferred, but ORMECO will provide all necessary training for HVAC, water heaters, and similar appliances. Requires local travel and in-home/business sales calls. Must have good transportation.
- Licensed Electrician: This is a 1099 (non-employee) contract position, with the possibility of future hire. Must have your own tools, vehicle, and minimum Tennessee LLE (limited licensed electrician). Your role will be to supplement the needs of our existing staff when needed. This is a good opportunity for a qualified candidate to supplement their income. Must be able to invoice ORMECO monthly for any work performed.
